Return & Exchange Policy
At Student Union, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom apparel, embroidery, and DTF (Direct to Film) products. Since most of our items are made to order, all sales are final, with limited exceptions outlined below.
Order Errors and Defects
We carefully inspect all items before shipment. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or an error caused by Student Union (e.g., incorrect design, size, or print), please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@stdntunion.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work promptly to correct the mistake at no additional cost.
Returns and Exchanges for Non-Defective Items
In the event that you wish to return or exchange an unworn item that was not delivered with an error caused by our company:
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and labels intact.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Eligibility: Returns will only be accepted for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items. Customized items or items with personalized designs cannot be returned or exchanged unless there was an error on our part.
Final Sale Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, all items are considered final sale once the order is placed, with the exception of defective merchandise or errors in production.
Processing Time for Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment, minus any applicable fees, within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Important Notes
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless there was a mistake caused by our team.
- Student Union is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
